On March 5, 2003, CME�s Board of Directors approved a delay in the listing of the October 2003, and subsequent contract months, CME Degree Days Index futures and options contracts. The listing delay will take effect on Friday, March 7, 2003, and is due to a pending change in the cash settlement index for CME Degree Days Index futures.

CME will resume listing the October 2003 and subsequent contracts once a new licensing agreement has been executed.
